Essential Qualifications

• Minimum SSC or equivalent.

• Valid Bangladesh Professional Driving Licence.

• Minimum 8–10 years of accident-free driving experience.

• At least 5 years' experience driving for a private family, senior executive, diplomat, or multinational organization.

• Excellent knowledge of Dhaka city roads, traffic patterns, alternate routes, and highways.

• Able to drive automatic and hybrid vehicles.

• Good physical fitness and eyesight.

• Able to read road signs and use Google Maps/Waze.

• No criminal record.

    Job Description

    The selected driver will be responsible for:

    Driving

    • Safely transport family members throughout Dhaka.

    • Airport pickup and drop-off.

    • School, office, shopping, hospital and social visits.

    • Outstation travel when required.

    • Follow defensive driving practices at all times.

    Vehicle Maintenance

    • Keep the vehicle clean inside and outside.

    • Daily inspection before use:

      • Engine oil

      • Coolant

      • Brake fluid

      • Tire pressure

      • Lights

      • Battery

    • Ensure timely servicing.

    • Refuel the vehicle.

    • Maintain maintenance records.

    • Immediately report any mechanical issue.

    Safety Responsibilities

    • Never use mobile phone while driving.

    • Strictly obey traffic laws.

    • Maintain safe speed.

    • Avoid road rage.

    • Ensure passengers always wear seat belts.

    • Keep emergency kit inside the vehicle.

    • Be prepared to handle emergency situations.

    Administrative Duties

    • Maintain mileage log.

    • Record fuel consumption.

    • Keep vehicle documents updated.

    • Renew fitness, tax token and insurance on time.

    • Assist with small errands when requested.
