∎ SSC passed from any recognized school

∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Key result area-1: Driving Plan's vehicle;
∎ Indicators for success:
∎ Traffic and safety rules and Plan's guideline for drivers and passengers are followed all the time; assigned areas are within the city and throughout Bangladesh as necessary
∎ Vehicle logbook is maintained and remained updated at any point of time.
∎ Fire extinguisher (active and with validity period) are available and used when required; listed medicines (with validity) are available in the first aid box at all time
∎ Confidently and smooth derived 16 seated vehicle ensuring safety and security of passengers and vehicle as well
∎ Ensure to update all vehicle related papers i.e. driving license, fitness, tax token, insurance, route permit etc. And, check the expiry date of the mentioned above document and notice to admin before one month ahead of expiry to renewal
∎ Key result area-2: Vehicle Maintenance;
∎ Indicators for success:
∎ Routine check-up are done on daily basis (before starting driving), log-book updated and submitted to admin in time
∎ Required repair and replacement is reported to admin immediately (not exceeding 24 hours)
∎ Security measures (to avoid loss or damage) are taken all the time
∎ Key result area-3: Support day-to-day admin activities;
∎ Indicators for success:
∎ Mails from post box are collected per agreed schedule with admin.
∎ Mails are delivered to different office/ post box as assigned by admin.
∎ Support to admin and logistics on and day to day admin work/ banking activities are provided as assigned.
∎ Key result area-4: Dealing with Problems:
∎ Application of knowledge required for the role, complexity of problems handled & the degree of investigation, analysis, & creative thinking required to solve them.
∎ Follow established Traffic and Safety rules;
∎ Follow Plan's guidelines for drivers and passengers;
∎ Ensure vehicle support on time for all staffs or assigned by admin.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 4-5 years working experience in driving light vehicle/coaster, preferably in large GO, NGO, INGO and private organizations. Valid Driving License to drive light vehicle/coaster. Integrity, transparency, proactive stance. Respect for gender equity. Adherence to child rights and child protection aspects within and outside work. Willingness to work for and on behalf of the organization at times of disaster within Plan working areas or outside
Salary: Tk. 36000 (Monthly)
