∎ Diploma in Civil in Civil Engineering or Architecture and must have sound knowledge about construction and materials
∎ Skills Required: AutoCAD (any version), Lumion, MS Office, Sketchup

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of Construction Documents (Working Drawings) with necessary detailing and specifications.
∎ Preparation of 2D, 3D Presentation (3D Models, Rendered Images)
∎ Preparation of RAJUK/ City corporation / Municipality approval Drawing
∎ Any other relevant task assigned by organization.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Ability to work in team with Architect/Civil Engineer and other co-workers.
∎ Communicate effectively, verbally and in writing towards diverse audience.
∎ Ability to plan and undertake multi-tasks effectively.
∎ Well organized and a good team member.
