Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering/ Water Resource Engineering from reputed engineering university;

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducting flood risk assessments;
∎ Designing civil and transport infrastructure drainage facilities;
∎ Detailed analysis and review of hydrological and hydraulic models;
∎ Providing technical design expertise for drainage and storm water quality systems, including piped networks and major transverse drainage structures;
∎ Preparing foul and surface water drainage strategies;
∎ Producing conceptual design of flood protection measures;
∎ Proposing sustainable urban drainage solutions;

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ 8 years of professional experience with 6 years of experience in water engineering, including storm water drainage design in civil and transport projects, storm water management, and planning;
∎ Demonstrated understanding of hydrologic and hydraulic modelling/design software packages used in the design of surface drainage, piped networks, cross drainage, and flood analysis, i.e. CAD skills, SWMM, HEC RAS, and HEC HMS knowledge;
∎ Excellent command with GIS and CAD tools such as ArcMap, AutoCAD, Civil 3D;
∎ Knowledge of Water Sensitive Design and Sustainable Drainage Design SuDS will be an advantage;
