∎ Diploma in engineering or architecture

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing both rough sketches and detailed work with CAD systems
∎ Ensuring final designs are compliant with building regulations
∎ Communicating with architects and engineers, and incorporating knowledge gained into drawings
∎ Identifying and communicating potential design problems to the rest of the team

Additional Requirements:
∎ 5+ years of architectural experience preferably within the Consulting firm’s field
∎ Understanding and knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, building construction, building systems and site requirements
∎ Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office suite is required
∎ Ability to provide elegant and efficient design solutions
∎ Excellent oral and written communication
∎ Analytical and problem-solving skills
∎ High attention to detail
∎ Ability to work under indirect supervision
