Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum M.B.B.S from Reputed Local or Foreign Medical College / University with good academic background.
∎ Minimum 5-year (s) experience in the relevant mentioned above area as DOCTOR (Specialist/Consultant).
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have to diagnosis & health checkup for Libyan Citizens under Health Ministry (Government Hospital).
∎ Have to work as DOCTOR (Specialist/Consultant) any of the following sectors, such as:
∎ Tumors,
∎ Ear, Nose and Throat,
∎ Kidneys and tracts,
∎ Physical therapy,
∎ Internal Medicine,
∎ Anesthesia,
∎ Obstetrics and gynecology,
∎ Pediatrics,
∎ Obstetrics and gynecology
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The Ideal Candidate should have minimum 05 years practical experience as a DOCTOR (Specialist/Consultant).
∎ Sex:M/F
∎ SUMMARY OF TERMS & CONDITIONS:
∎ 1. Contract is valid for 2 years and it is renewable.
∎ 2. Male or female candidate can apply for above post.
∎ 3. Salary will be paid directly to medical professionals account by Health Ministry of Libya.
∎ 4. Accommodation in Health Sector or Housing allowance will be provided Health Ministry of Libya
∎ 5. Food at self-expense.
∎ 6. Medical treatment on hospital expense.
∎ 7. Paid Annual leave: 30 (Thirty) days each year. 60 (Sixty) days every two years, with return ticket to be paid by Libyan Health Sector.
∎ 8. Working hour: 8hr. normal working hours, additional hours will be considered as over time. One day as weekly holiday.
∎ 9. Transfer of salary or remittance as per Libyan Laws in force.
∎ 10. Transportation free of charge during duty hours.
∎ 11. Insurance as per Libyan Law.
∎ 12. Furniture allowance 2 (Two) months of the salary is to be paid to whom living with spouse and one-month Furniture allowance is given to single.
∎ 13. Family or spouse with children will be allowed to join with professionals after residence visa complete. If husband and wife both selected then children (under 18) allow to carry with them free of cost.
∎ 14. Probation period would be 90 (Ninety) days.
∎ 15. The arrangement will be done by Health ministry through Alamal Alibiya company from Tripoli airport to the work place after arrival.
∎ 17. Increment as per contract rules.
∎ 19. Officials or delegations of the Health Ministry will be choosing the required Bangladeshi medical professionals who would be coming to Libya which professions are specified on demand letter.
∎ 20. Salary negotiable for deserving highly experienced person during interview.
∎ 21. The Gratuity shall be paid according to the Libyan Laws and Regulation.
∎ 22. Other terms & Conditions would be applied in according with Libyan regulations.
Salary:
∎ USD 2000 to USD 2200
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Other admissible benefits as per Libyan Health Ministry (Government Hospital) policy etc.
