Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Patients Attendant The patient's Attendant will ensure personal care for the patients in OPD and IPD.
∎ They will receive and greet the patients, register their names in the software, prepare their files, take them to the different examination rooms and doctors' rooms, enter their data in the software, and counsel the patients about the treatment provided.
∎ Doctor Attendant The Doctor's Attendant will help the Doctor give medical services to the patients. They will provide individual care to patients with OPD and IPD.
∎ They will call the patients to the Doctor's chamber, assist the Doctor during the examination of the patients, assist the patients during the investigation of the patients, take them to the different examination rooms and doctors' rooms, enter their data in the software, and counsel the patients about the treatment provided.
∎ Dhaka Eye Care Hospital (DECH) provides premium services to patients. The patients expect personal care during treatment in the Out Patients Department (OPD) and In - Patients Department (IPD). The Patient's Attendant / Doctor Attendant will ensure personal care for the patients in OPD and IPD.
