Distribution management, Distribution/ Supply Chain Management, Shipping Operation
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring depot stocks for ensuring the minimum stock level at depot sites,
∎ Start loading through maintaining the FIFO system.
∎ Give necessary instructions to labor contractors regarding the target of such shift.
∎ Collects D/Os from schedule section/planner and takes tips from a shift in charge or Depot in charge as and when required.
∎ Check the floor stock availability against the particular D/O's before start loading.
∎ Maintain the register regarding any stock shortages, reasons for delayed loading, discrimination of D/O, etc.
