Job Responsibilities:
∎ The person will lead distribution team of the company
∎ He will carry forward all functional and administrative activities, including day to day operations
∎ He will develop and establish standard distribution policies, practices and systems for the company
∎ He will recruit distribution personnel where required
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience: 8-10 years’ experience in distribution department in a reputed pharmaceutical company, including 2-3 years in managerial position
∎ Age not more than 40 years, but can be relaxed for deserving candidates
∎ Proven working experience as a Logistics Manager
∎ Record of successful distribution and logistics management
∎ Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff
∎ Proficient in standard logistics software
∎ Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
∎ Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
