Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Pharm or M.Sc in Chemistry/Bio-Chemistry/Applied Chemistry from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing the departmental activities and assisting the Management as per desire.
∎ To ensure proper receiving, storage, dispensing of RM & PM and documentation as per cGMP norms at warehouse.
∎ To verify daily all weighing balance's accuracy and to get ready all accessories and dispensing labels for dispensing activity as per SOP.
∎ Ensure proper environmental condition at Dispensing Booth and area during dispensing and maintaining record on log book, BMR & BPR .
∎ To issue materials only in required quantities against Authorized requisition notes.
∎ To reserve a particular material for a specific job when so required.
∎ Prepare daily & monthly stock report regularly.
∎ To conduct the DGDA inspection or other internal or external regulatory inspection.
∎ To initiate purchase requisitions for the renouncement of stock of all regular warehouse items whenever the stock level of any item of store will approach minimum limit fixed.
∎ To ensure Planning, coordinating and monitoring the receipt material
∎ Keeping stock control systems up to date and ensuring inventory accuracy;
∎ To maintain Inventory system of Company. (Purchase, Issue, Consumption & Finishing Goods, Stock Collection, Sales and all others.)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Working Experience in similar post will be added advantage.
∎ Good Communications Skills both Bengali and English.
∎ Computer Skill in MS-Office & Internet based Application.
∎ Good knowledge in cGMP.
