Job Context:
∎ We are seeking a dedicated and capable Director/Assistant Director to oversee the daily operations of our Saic Digital Diagnostic Lab.
∎ To be successful in this role, you should exhibit exceptional managing abilities, which would ultimately translate to excellent patient care and their required service.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Liaising with healthcare professionals and patients about treatment facilities and plans.
∎ Plan, implement and monitor overall diagnostic lab policy, procedure, and service for all departments
∎ Develop yearly sales and marketing forecast with proper team management
∎ Develop and manage budgets for departments within the organization.
∎ Support and monitor to sales and marketing team in order to achieve and increase revenue target
∎ Build credibility and strengthen brand image by meeting corporate and doctors.
∎ Plan and monitor overall day to day administration-related activities of the diagnostic lab.
∎ Daily, weekly, monthly sales report generating and meeting with stake holder as per need.
∎ Ensure customers are provided with the best quality of services
∎ Act as an interface among the specialist doctors and patients in the center;
∎ Resolve patient grievances, capture and maintain positive customer feedback, ensure improvements based on the feedback received.
∎ Ensure uninterrupted resource availability and make alternate arrangements as per the need of the center.
∎ Overseeing overall security, maintenance, clinic operations and staff duties on regular basis.
∎ Ensure discipline and adherence to policies like work hours, dress code and leave.
∎ Performing the hiring, training, and performance evaluation of staff members
∎ Update the office management manual with recommended new decisions.
∎ Maintain and keep records of organizational assets, including lab machineries, vehicles, etc.
∎ Communicate with vendors to ensure all orders are filled on time, and inventory levels are adequate.
∎ Maintain relations with law enforcement and government offices.
∎ Perform any other special responsibilities assigned by the Managing Director or Chairman.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Skills Required: Business Communication, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint, marketing promotional tools, Data Analysis, Sales & Marketing, Reporting
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Branding, Coordinating, Decision making, Managing Capability, Effective Planning and Organizing, Sales & Marketing.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Diagnostic Centre, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Hospital
∎ Experience in managing a healthcare facility.
∎ Ability to supervise and motivate staff to perform their duties efficiently.
∎ Exceptional organizational skills to ensure that quality services are provided.
∎ Proficiency in managing budgets, billing, and negotiating with suppliers and vendors.
∎ Exceptional interpersonal skills for liaising with patients, healthcare providers, and specialists, as well as the public.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Salary: Tk. 100000 - 150000 (Monthly)
