Job Responsibilities:
∎ 01. Plan, coordinate and direct the manufacturing activities in compliance with the objectives and goals of the company.
∎ 02. Provide the leadership of logistics, supply chain manufacturing function & materials requirement planning.
∎ 03. Ensure that the sales forecast & deadlines are met.
∎ 04. Monitor daily production and improve productivity by proper utilization for man, machine & Material.
∎ 05. Ensure compliance of quality, cGMP and safety in all operations in order to meet the in-house specifications of the company, national and international regulations.
∎ 06. Organize and coordinate the validation activities
∎ 07. Perform cost reduction activity and standardize all activities.
∎ 08. Prepare annual budget for the plant and impose budgetary control on factory expenses.
∎ 09. Coordinate the tasks of various departments of the organization.
∎ 10. Explore & coordinate contract manufacturing activity.
∎ 11. Make long term and short term plans in a bid to increase the profitability and efficiency of the plat.
∎ 12. Mentor people for development.
∎ 13. Increase profitability by reducing overhead cost and minimize materials loss.
∎ 14. Implement quality management system.
∎ 15. Seek for continuous improvement through kaizens
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates having experience as Deputy Director / G.M in any reputed Pharmaceuticals Company also may apply.
