Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a self-motivated and results-driven professional to direct and manage our organization`s business activities. Duties for the position will include allocating budget resources, formulating policies, coordinating business operations, monitoring and motivating staff, managing operational costs, ensuring productivity, improving administration processes, engaging with vendors & govt./non-govt agencies, hiring and training employees, and monitoring financial activities. Your entrepreneurial spirit and vision in directing business functions will assist our organization in increasing staff productivity, improving service quality, ensuring sustainability, and minimizing cost.
∎ The successful candidate for this role should possess excellent communication skills, superior knowledge of business functions, exceptional budgeting, and finance skills, and strong leadership qualities. The noteworthy person should account for all business activities, support staff development, enhance efficiency, enhance the organization`s image, and meet overall growth objectives.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure strategic goals are met by setting operational policies, creating and maintaining budgets, managing employees, and floor.
∎ Direct and control the work and resources of the company and ensure the recruitment and retention of the required numbers and types of well-motivated, trained, and developed staff to ensure that it achieves its mission and objectives. Also principal of Recruitment, onboard & evaluation decision.
∎ Prepare, gain acceptance, and monitor the implementation of the financial budget to ensure that budget targets are met, that costs are minimized.
∎ Represent the company in negotiations with suppliers, government/ non-govt. agencies, and other key contacts to secure for it the most effective contract terms.
∎ Administer overall financial management including, petty cash management, vendor payment management, Payroll management, tabulation of accrued employee benefits, banking, and fulfilling tax/audit-related requirements.
∎ Evaluate productivity and performance and implement strategies for improvement.
∎ Maintain and monitor standard accounting systems and procedures to capture all financial activities and keep records of all transactions to the 'Quickbooks' accounting system with the highest professional & ethical standard.
∎ Serve as primary liaison to legal counsel in addressing legal issues & oversee all statutory, compliance & logistic matter related to Register of Joint Stock Company, governing instruments, enterprises, licensing, Bank clearing, govt. authorities, and other agencies.
∎ Delegate responsibilities to the employees to perform them while enforcing all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, training programs, and cultural values.
∎ Oversee & support the preparation of the audit report and accounts of the company and ensure proper submission of Annual Tax Return, Monthly TDS Return, Semiannual withholding to NBR.
∎ Work as a liaison with top management, attend management meetings to report floor updates & guide them in the key decision. Also, receive approval of important decisions related to company/employees & other major stakeholders.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 37 to 42 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good knowledge of different business functions & strong leadership qualities.
∎ Excellent communication skills, highly organized & strong work ethic.
∎ The person should have good interpersonal skills, meticulous attention to detail & proactive nature.
∎ Managerial experience with Experience in working with MNC, US-based consulting, or software engineering firm is a plus.
∎ Attending key leadership calls, keeping close contact with C-level on periodical budget, operation progress is a plus.
