Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Master in Mechanical or Electrical engineering is preferred.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Participate in the preparation of the annual departmental operating budget and financial plans. Monitor budget and control expenses with a focus on energy management, preventive maintenance, and capital planning.
∎ Lead company renovations and other projects, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely completion of projects within budget.
∎ Direct day-to-day engineering requirements, plan and assign work, and establish performance and development goals for team members. Provide mentoring, coaching and regular feedback to help manage conflict and improve team member performance.
∎ Educate and train all team members in compliance with governmental and safety regulations. Ensure staff is properly trained on quality and service standards and has the tools and equipment and is empowered to carry out job duties.
∎ Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments. Communicate with all department heads to stay informed of maintenance needs and ensure timely responses to requests.
∎ Respond in a courteous and prompt manner to all guest questions, complaints and/or requests to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
∎ Carry out preventive maintenance programme to ensure facility is maintained and in service for our guests.
∎ Oversee the physical operations of the company, including maintenance and repair and order parts and supplies in a timely and efficient manner while minimising waste and maintaining "green" initiatives.
∎ May be responsible for company's security to minimise risk of theft, crime and other hazards.
∎ Perform other duties as assigned. May also serve as manager on duty.
∎ Any task as and when required, not limited to.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Minimum 5 years' experience in 5 * Hospitality Industry or Luxury Facilities Management
∎ Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability.
∎ Leadership skills- good in organizing.
∎ Sound knowledge on local and overseas legal requirements
∎ Ability to lead company renovations and other projects, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely completion.
∎ Deliver High Level of Guest/Customer Service.
∎ Ability to independently write reports, prepare departmental training materials, etc.
∎ Ability to write RFPs.
∎ Well conversant with risk management
∎ Extensive knowledge in BMS, LAN and AV requirements
∎ Good in the use of Microsoft Office.
∎ Sound Health & energetic
∎ Strong in communication.
∎ Multitasking skill
∎ Good in stress management
∎ Excellent in speaking and writing in English
∎ Needs to be positive minded & self-motivated and ability to work independently and within a team environment.
