Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct research and development for internal and external project
∎ Perform diagnosis engineering related issues and develop solution method
∎ Expected to work defense related projects
∎ Reporting to top management.
∎ Implementing best practice engineering methods.
∎ Overseeing day-to-day engineering project activities
∎ Creating sound project plans.
∎ Providing technical guidance to engineering teams and top management.
∎ Supporting established organizational objectives by developing goals and strategies.
∎ Conducting performance reviews.
∎ Presenting budgets and plans.
∎ Reporting on revenue and expenditure.
∎ Finding and implementing ways to improve cost-efficiency
