∎ ENGINEERING EDUCATION: B.Sc/ M.Sc/P.Hd in CIVIL/ARCHITECTURE/STRUCTURE from any institute in the world.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Setting annual operational strategy for construction department .
∎ Ensuring constructional implementation.
∎ Ensuring efficient construction management focusing on high quality of construction, cost effectiveness and on time handover.
∎ Working constantly to introduce new technology .
∎ Playing an active and efficient role in managing cross-functional departmental issues.
∎ Managing skilled workforce through continuous training and monitoring to achieve company's goal.
∎ Introducing new initiatives for Apartment Projects and land development of "PRAPTI BABYLONIA SATELLITE CITY"
∎ Effective implementation and monitoring of ISO procedure.
∎ Report all the activities as a Head of Engineering Department to Honorable Managing Director.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 60 years
