Educational Requirements:
∎ MBBS with Post-graduation in any discipline or MPH preferably in hospital management.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 14 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Direct report to The Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
∎ Responsible for overall clinical management including high standard service, recruitment of post-graduate doctors, appropriate reporting system from diagnostic facilities, and increase number of surgical operations.
∎ Establish and foster effective working relationships with and between various professional groups of CWCH including Medical Services, Nursing Services, and Ancillary Service in developing an appropriate Hospital Administration.
∎ Demonstrate a leadership role in monitoring departmental performance and make action plans how to improve a number of patients and service areas to ensure financial stability.
∎ Enforce protocols, disciplines, and documentations for all disciplines.
∎ Make regular hospital rounds to all clinical departments/areas to supervise day to day functions and take appropriate measures to address improve the issues
∎ Formulate different clinical committees and delegate authority to those groups for smooth functioning of the respective disciplines.
∎ Work with department heads in developing staff plans to ensure appropriate workforce for the department according to number of patients and workload
∎ Encourage and organize training for the clinical staff in their respective field including improvement in communication skills, positive attitude, leadership role, and patient safety.
∎ Encourage doctors for academic development and build up a professional career through regular CME/Seminars/Workshops and publications.
∎ Strengthen relationships with consultants & doctors so that the consultants must cooperate & extend their full support to implement the protocols & policies of the hospital.
∎ Any other responsibilities entrusted to you by the management at any time as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Work experience in any reputed /big hospital, especially in any administrative or management position.
∎ Excellent leadership quality
Salary: Negotiable
