Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the overall operations and management of the hospital.
∎ Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to achieve the hospital's goals and objectives.
∎ Collaborate with department heads and medical staff to ensure high-quality patient care and safety.
∎ Manage the hospital's budget, including financial planning, monitoring expenses, and identifying areas for cost reduction.
∎ Recruit, train, and supervise staff members, ensuring adequate staffing levels and promoting professional development.
∎ Evaluate and implement new technologies and processes to improve operational efficiency and patient outcomes.
∎ Other administrative duties as needed by the authority.
