Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Must be hard-working, have controlling power to manage overall activities of the hospital.
∎ Prepare plan to increase patient flow and also implementation. Direct, supervise, and evaluate work activities of medical, nursing, technical, clerical, service, maintenance, and other personnel.
∎ Establish work schedules and assignments for staff, according to workload, space, and equipment availability.
∎ Prepare activity reports to inform management of the status and implementation plans of programs, services, and quality initiatives.Maintain communication between governing boards, medical staff, and department heads by attending board meetings and coordinating interdepartmental functioning.
∎ Establish objectives and evaluative or operational criteria for units they manage Plan, implement and administer programs and services in a health care or medical facility, including personnel administration, training, and coordination of medical, nursing, and physical plant staff.
∎ Consult with medical, business, and community groups to discuss service problems, respond to community needs, enhance public relations, coordinate activities and plans, and promote health programs.
∎ Monitor the use of diagnostic services, inpatient bed facilities, and staff to ensure effective use of resources and assess the need for additional staff, equipment, and services.
∎ Develop or expand and implement medical programs or health services that promote research, rehabilitation, and community health.Maintain direct liaison with the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, DG Office, and will follow the rules and regulations of those organizations.Qualification and Experience:
∎ As per rules of PSC and BMDC & at least 10 years working experience as Director at any Govt. approved Medical College and Hospital.Soft Copy or Hard Copy. Hard copy should reach to Corporate office, 10th Floor, Praasad Trade Center, 06, Kemal Ataturk Avenue, Banani, Dhaka by -------------- along with CV, copies of certificates, transcripts, National ID card, two names of referees & two copies of PP size photographs. The authority reserves the right to reject/cancel any application or make changes in the terms and conditions as deemed necessary.
