Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Sc/ B.Sc in Civil Engineering from BUET/CUET/KUET/RUET.
∎ MBA preferable.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Construction Building, General Construction, High rise with Basement Building Construction Management, PMC, Project Budgeting, Project Management, Project Planning, Real Estate, Resource Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Developer, Group of Companies, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable to manage high rise and large construction/township projects proficiently and ensure timely delivery of all projects.
∎ Project budgeting, resource utilization and materials allocation for construction works.
∎ Overall construction project management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 52 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 15 years experience of which 5 years in senior management position and 3 years in similar position with proven track record in renowned Real Estate/ Construction companies.
∎ Must have the ability to lead all construction works, provide strategic and professional guidance to the project managers & technical managers to ensure the quality, cost, inventories, maintenance, and logistics are appropriately managed.
∎ Knowledge on PMC will be preferable.
