∎ Master's degree in relevant discipline from any public university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure smooth and efficient daily functions of all units of the department by managing resources associated hospital administration.
∎ Ensure that IIEI&H resources are focused and suitably aligned for utmost satisfaction of patients need.
∎ Prepare, monitor and evaluate standard operating procedures (SOP) of the department.
∎ Handle Food & Beverage (F&B) Services.
∎ Be responsible for the overall laundry services in a manner that ensure compliance with international standards of service.
∎ Developing a friendly collaborative working culture within the team.
∎ Plan/review progress and prepare performance appraisal of all staff under direct supervision.
∎ Supporting team members to enable them to give of their best setting performance benchmark.
∎ Ensures professional confidentiality is respected.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least ten (10) years of progressively responsible work experience in the area of administration and hospitality in corporate/development organization, preferably in hospital environment.
∎ Strong critical and analytical mind.
∎ Experience in team management and team building consisting of different level of staff
∎ Should have staff supervision and development skill
∎ Computer literacy & expertise in ERP handling is a must for the post.
