Job Responsibilities:
∎ Working towards achieving the company's goal to achieve regulatory requirements, company targets, and customer satisfaction.
∎ Knowledge on production line such as tank fabrication, painting, CCA, CRGO, winding, final assembly & testing section related work.
∎ Knowledge on production machinery and Q.C equipment.
∎ Maintaining and controlling the daily operations in specific sector of the plant.
∎ Candidate should have the intention to take B&T Transformer Ltd. to the highest level in comparison to
∎ other transformer factories in Bangladesh.
∎ Maintain and record update of site work progress obtained from Plant Manager.
∎ Must have knowledge and skills for equipment for transformer factory, repair, maintenance and operation of accessory.
∎ Should show proper etiquette towards subordinates and higher authorities
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Fresher can apply for the post.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Gentle and pleasant personality.
∎ Knowledge on M.S word & M.S Excel.
