∎ Diploma Engineering in Civil from only Govt. Polytechnical institution with minimum CGPA 3.00 in all academic examination. Below CGPA and passed from any Private Polytechnical institution is not allowed.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Keep historical record of breakdown and remedial actions of machines and utilities. Monitor & control consumption of utilities.
∎ Co-ordinate with the concerned programmer/ personnel for compiling feedback
∎ Follow-up with the contractor for executing the task.
∎ Ensure work progress and maintain the work schedule.
∎ Keep record for all type of maintenance work.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Designing, Project Management, Construction.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Development Agency, Engineering Firms, Group of Companies
∎ Age : Flexible
∎ Experience : 5 and above years is required based on academic qualification
∎ Have knowledge on methods and tools involved in the construction work
∎ Have experience to manage contractors and resources.
∎ Have skill on solving site problem.
