Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Proficiency in using design and drafting software such as AutoCAD and similar tools for electromechanical systems design and documentation.
∎ To prepare accurate cost estimates for electromechanical systems, track costs throughout the project, and implement cost-saving strategies.
∎ Demonstrated experience in managing electromechanical aspects of construction projects, including coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
∎ Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders, clients, team members, and contractors.
∎ Proficiency in maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including electromechanical drawings, specifications, reports, and change orders.
∎ Ability to generate regular progress reports, document construction activities, and communicate project status to stakeholders.
∎ Coordinate with construction teams to resolve technical issues and ensure the timely completion of electro-mechanical works.
