Additional Requirements:
∎ Fresh/ 03 years of experience in relevant field.
∎ Experience in Diesel Generator/Air Conditioner/Vehicle maintenance, repairing, overhauling and troubleshooting will be given preference.
∎ Planning and controlling project schedule.
∎ Preparation of BOQ & tender documents and tender evaluation.
∎ Assisting the consultant for preparation of layout plans and 3D views.
∎ Assisting the consultant for preparation of BOQ, Tender documents etc.
∎ Periodic site visit regarding assessment of technical features, progress of work and decision on technical issues.
∎ Procurement, troubleshooting and maintenance of electrical, electronic and electromechanical equipment.
∎ Executing all maintenance works and ensures smooth and uninterrupted operations.
∎ Well conversant in Microsoft Office.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
