∎ Familiarity with regulatory requirements for construction and land development in Bangladesh.
∎ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
∎ Experience in budgeting and cost estimation.
∎ Candidates must be proficient in riding a motorcycle and have a valid motorcycle driving license. Owning a motorcycle will be considered as a priority. ∎ Coordinate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
∎ Supervise construction sites and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
∎ Monitor progress and resolve issues to ensure project success.
∎ Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including reports, drawings, and compliance documents.
∎ Assist in estimating project costs and managing budgets effectively.
∎ Stakeholder Communication:
∎ Act as a liaison between management, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
∎ Project Coordination:
