∎ Diploma in Civil
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understandings clients needs and having a sound knowledge on modern interior and exterior designs
∎ Consulting with MD on the preliminary design concept to finalize the layout plan, external elevation type and style
∎ Prepare full working drawing set for contractor
∎ Supervising Construction work at the site.
∎ Planning, Coordinating and Supervising technical issues of under construction activities of the Project .
∎ Capable to understand engineering drawing & design and capable to determine the operational material costs and qualities.
∎ Capable to prepare work schedule to complete the project in time.
∎ Responsible to close the schedule work in time.
∎ Keep Liaison with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project
∎ Keep Liaison with clients, and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors).
∎ Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors
∎ Preparing reports as required
∎ Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
