Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Civil
∎ Skills Required: 3dStudioMax, Adobe Photoshop, Auto CAD, Adobe Illustrator
∎ Should have erection, fabrication of pre-fabricated steel building for diploma candidate.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Designs construction projects of the organization by studying project concept, Structural, and architectural design, and models
∎ Prepare cost estimate, material estimate tender schedule for selecting contractors
∎ Confirms adherence to construction specifications and safety standards by monitoring project progress; inspecting construction site; verifying calculations and placements.
∎ Direct construction, operations, supervision and maintenance activities at project site.
∎ Ensure quality and proper measurement of materials on delivery at the project site.
∎ Ensure maximum utilization of construction materials available in the site without any wastage
∎ Test soils and materials to determine the adequacy and strength of foundations, concrete, asphalt, or steel
∎ Proficient in CAD, AutoCAD, Design, Site Development, Database Design, Planning, Conceptual, Legal Compliance, Drafting, Problem Solving.
∎ Review the drawings received from consultant / client and attending Technical meetings with Sales/Marketing and clients.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ 3D Max, AutoCAD, Building & Factory Design With 3d Visualization
∎ Should have negotiating, supervisory and leadership skills
∎ Good communication and strong presentation skills both in English & Bengali
∎ Must work well in team oriented, fast-paced environment and have experience in the field job.
∎ Must be independently motivated and schedule-driven with a proven history of successful coordination and meeting deadlines and have a flexible schedule
∎ The applicants should have experience on some completed project
∎ Experienced in Road construction/Commercial/Residential/Industrial constructions work
∎ Vast Knowledge about Structure, Construction, Finishing work and Project Management
∎ Ability to work independently & under pressure
∎ Smart, Energetic and Hardworking
∎ Flexible and mature approach with ability to work unsupervised
∎ The candidate should have knowledge structural related software analysis.
∎ The candidate should have knowledge steel, and R.C.C Design With BNBC Coad.
Salary: Negotiable
