Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise the construction of a nine stored residential building
∎ Stay in the building site
∎ Monitor the construction of the building by the contractor and ensure the proper execution of job as per plan and standard procedure.
∎ Report the deviation and problems
∎ Manage and maintain the construction materials in the site.
∎ Plan and estimate the construction materials well ahead in time.
∎ Able to maintain, complain, recruitment of everyday work. To keep ready for any other assignment assigned by the higher authority.
