∎ Diploma in Architecture
∎ Training in Sketchup will add value.
∎ Training in 3D Max will add value.

∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Professional Diploma Architect required for A Reputed Real-estate Company.
∎ Job Location Dhaka (Gulshan Link Road)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Fluency in AutoCAD
∎ Preparation of drawings for Architectural and interior project implementation including space planning, RAJUK drawings, proposal drawings, working drawings and 3D perspective for residential, commercial and industrial projects.
∎ Ability to do 3D modeling and renderings using AutoCAD, SketchUp or Max, V-Ray and Lumion will give preference.
∎ Review the drawings received from consultant / client, taking measurement from project sites, meetings & design presentation as well as attending technical meetings with clients.
∎ Coordination of different activities of the construction sites and make the team work effective and successful.
∎ Excellent time management with a proven ability to work as a team. Problem-solving person with excellent interpersonal skill.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Architecture
∎ Minimum 2-3 years working experience in relevant position.
∎ Adequate knowledge on MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
∎ Adequate knowledge on SketchUp or Max, Photoshop, Illustrator will given privilege.
∎ Knowledge on accounting software will be considered as an added advantage.

Salary: Tk. 12000 - 15000 (Monthly)
