∎ Diploma in Architecture
∎ Training/Trade Course: AutoCAD operator
∎ Skills Required: 2D (Auto Cad), 3D Max, SketchUp

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Drawing, 3d Design, Architectural Drafting
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm

Job Context:
∎ Please do not apply anyone who is from Civil background or works as a site engineer.
∎ Must be skilled in 2D drawing & 3D modeling with render (Vray, Corona).
∎ Must be proper knowledge in Rajuk/ authority sheet along with FAR calculation.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should be able to design and presentation drawing in AutoCAD 2D and 3D software.
∎ Prepare Detailed & Working drawing of Exterior/Interior Design at Residential, Commercial, and Industrial Building.
∎ Must be skilled in Sketch up/ 3DMax/ Lumion (with photo-realistic rendering)
∎ Should have practical knowledge of interior construction and material.
∎ Must be skilled in interior working drawing.
∎ Must be skilled in the preparation of any kind of authority sheets.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary:
∎ Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
∎ or depends on working experience.
