Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Architecture (From any reputed Institute)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Drafting the drawings as requirement.
∎ Extensive knowledge on project detailing.
∎ Prepare design concept, plan, elevation, detailed & working drawing.
∎ Basic Knowledge of FAR calculation and related RAJUK rules.
∎ Sound knowledge in residential, commercial building and keeping a record of project properly.
∎ Prepare presentation/ technical proposal to respective clients for approval.
∎ Detailing of any layout/ design for proper estimation as well as execution.
∎ Monitoring drawing process based on field measurement.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.

Salary: Negotiable
