Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Interior Design.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Will be responsible for designing and complete project management from start to finish.
∎ Should be able to design and present design in Auto CAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, 3D studio Max,
∎ V-Ray and 3D drawing software and capable to making animation using Lumion or other similar
∎ tools.
∎ Must be able to work under pressure and finish work within deadline.
∎ Other work as assigned by the Management.
∎ Creating 3D models and renders for residential, commercial, hospital, restaurant, landscape, etc.
∎ interiors and exteriors works.
∎ Conceptualizing new ideas and creative visualization.
∎ Understand the client's requirements and achieving their satisfactory level through design.
∎ Responsible to survey project sites and analysis.
∎ Control project from start to finish ensuring high quality, innovative and functional design.
∎ Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in Interior & Exterior Firm/ 3D visualize
∎ Strong Knowledge in Interior & Exterior design, construction materials & measurement.
∎ Excellent communication skills with sense in colors and visualizations.
∎ Excellent time-management, multi-tasking and communication skills.

Salary: Negotiable
