Digital Marketing Manager – Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy Planning & Execution

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals

  • Plan campaigns across multiple channels (social media, search engines, email, website)

  • Identify target audiences and optimize marketing funnels

2. Social Media Management

  • Manage and grow company presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok

  • Create content calendars and oversee posting schedules

  • Monitor engagement, respond to messages, and build brand awareness

3. Paid Advertising (PPC & Campaigns)

  • Plan and manage paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)

  • Optimize campaigns for ROI, conversions, and lead generation

  • Monitor ad performance and adjust budgets accordingly

4. SEO & Website Optimization

  • Improve website ranking through on-page and off-page SEO

  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis

  • Ensure website content is optimized for search engines

5. Content Marketing

  • Oversee creation of engaging content (posts, blogs, videos, ads)

  • Coordinate with designers and content writers
