Responsibilities & Context: We are looking for energetic, creative, and result-oriented *Digital Marketing Executives* to join our growing team. If you have a passion for social media, content creation, and running successful online campaigns, we want you! Job Responsibilities: 1. Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and other digital platforms. 2. Content Creation: Develop engaging content (copy, basic graphics, or video ideas) for social media posts, blogs, and marketing materials. 3. SEO & SEM: Assist in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) efforts to increase website traffic and visibility. 4. Lead Generation: Implement strategies to generate high-quality leads and increase brand awareness. 5. Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager. 6. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and competitor strategies. 7. Video Making & Editing, Graphical Work, and Making Designs Employment Status: Full-time Experience Requirements: 1 to 3 year(s) of experience in the digital marketing field is preferred. Freshers with outstanding skills, a strong portfolio, or relevant training are also encouraged to apply. Additional Requirements: 1. Strong understanding of social media algorithms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube). 2. Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (like Canva or Photoshop) and video editing is a big plus. 3.
