Responsibilities & Context: Key Responsibilities: Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google) Manage full-funnel marketing strategies (Awareness ? Conversion ? Retention) Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize based on data Set up and manage tracking systems (Pixel, Conversion API, GA4) Analyze key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and prepare performance reports Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and campaign testing Collaborate with the design team to create high-converting ad creatives Improve landing page performance and conversion rates Manage and scale e-commerce or lead generation campaigns Showcasing & Content Expectation (Important) At Ideated Lab, we actively showcase marketing insights and campaign performance across platforms. As part of this role, you will: Share campaign insights, case studies, and results internally Assist in creating marketing case studies for LinkedIn and agency content Provide creative direction for ad visuals based on performance data Maintain structured campaign documentation and reports Contribute to building a strong, data-backed agency presence Required Skills (Must-Have): Facebook Ads Manager (Meta Ads) Google Ads (Search / Display / YouTube) Campaign optimization & budget scaling Strong analytical & data interpretation skills Conversion tracking setup (Meta Pixel, GA4) Funnel understanding (TOF, MOF, BOF) Ability to identify winning creatives and scale campaigns Basic understanding of landing page performance Nice to Have (Bonus Skills): Experience with e-commerce marketing (Shopify / WooCommerce) Knowledge of Conversion API & server-side tracking Familiarity with tools like Google Tag Manager Copywriting for ads & basic creative strategy Email marketing/automation (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.) A/B testing mindset and experimentation skills Qualifications: 1 – 3 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing Ability to show at least 2–3 campaign results, case studies, or dashboards Portfolio links, ad account screenshots, or reports are highly appreciated We value results, problem-solving ability, and execution over certificates What We Offer: Friendly, performance-driven work environment Opportunity to work on real growth campaigns (not just theory) Exposure to e-commerce, branding, and multi-channel marketing Clear growth path within the agency Location: Bogura
