Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducts nutrition consultations.
∎ Keeps detailed patient records.
∎ Helps patients set and reach their health goals.
∎ Advises patients on healthy nutrition practices.
∎ Develops customized meal plans and grocery lists of Hospital Kitchen.
∎ Meets with patients regularly to track their progress.
∎ Uses common practice patient management software.
∎ Handles scheduling and billing when needed.
∎ Uploads electronic health records when required.
∎ Collaborates with a patient's doctors, nurses and others.
∎ Stays up to date on nutrition research.
∎ Follows the organization's policies and procedures.
∎ Adheres to Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics guidelines.
∎ Join hospital events and improve activity for patient connection in the community when needed.
∎ Any other assigned duty from management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent English communication skills both oral and written;
∎ Must have good command on Microsoft office program;
∎ Prepared to work as a team member in the manner the best.
