ACI Motors has recently launched its Passenger Car Business (GWM) and requires strong sales leadership to establish market presence and drive sustainable business growth. Therefore, a DGM/AGM – Sales is required to develop and execute sales strategies, lead and manage sales teams, expand dealer and corporate sales networks, achieve revenue and sales targets, monitor market trends and competitor activities, and strengthen customer relationships to enhance market share, profitability, and overall business performance.
Major responsibilities are:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and volume targets.
Lead and manage nationwide passenger car sales operations to ensure business growth.
Expand and strengthen dealer networks to enhance market coverage and sales performance.
Identify new business opportunities and implement strategies to increase market share.
Lead, coach, and develop sales teams to achieve individual and organizational targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer preferences, and pricing strategies.
Drive showroom sales performance, customer acquisition, and lead conversion initiatives.
Build strategic relationships with corporate clients, dealers, and key business stakeholders.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and after-sales teams to improve customer experience.
Monitor sales forecasts, dealer performance, revenue collection, and profitability targets.
