Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 30 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Quality
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Automobile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Smooth functioning of Laboratory / Standard Room operations in support to organizational Goal/ Targets;
∎ Manage and Control all quality control activities;
∎ Direct and coordinate the activities of team engaged in quality functions including inspection, analysis and training;
∎ Work with purchasing staff to establish quality requirements for external suppliers;
∎ Implement measures to improve inspection methods, equipment/tool performance, product quality, efficiency and morals;
∎ To improve overall Quality through technics like- TPM, 5S, KAIZEN, 7QC TOOL, POKA YOKE;
∎ Evaluation and approval of samples for development of new parts/ models;
∎ Develop standard operating procedures and guidelines for various area of operation;
∎ Design and development of Press tools, Jigs & Fixture, Fabrications works.
∎ Any other assignment assigned by the management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 15 years working experience in manufacturing concern/related industry;
∎ Willingness to grow with the Company;
∎ Good knowledge in Computer specially in ERP, MS Office, Internet, etc;
∎ Good command in Bengali and English;
∎ Able to work under pressure;
∎ Should be self-driven, result oriented, hardworking;
∎ High level of professional integrity.

Salary: Negotiable
