Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Post-graduation in Business discipline from any reputed university. Professional Certification in Supply Chain Management/Logistics will be given preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Commercial, Distribution, Export/ Import through L/C, Logistic, Purchase/ Procurement, Supply Chain
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organize, mobilize and oversee all procurement of the company as per company procurement policy.
∎ Raw materials supply chain capacity review & requirement planning.
∎ Leading, monitoring and guiding the Commercial Workforce, for Obtaining Company's Objectives/goals.
∎ Undertaking a strategic review of the Logistics function and recommend best way.
∎ Designing & developing Strategic Business Plan in respect of Efficiency & Responsiveness spectrum.
∎ Managing the operations & production planning.
∎ Strengthening SnOP governance process and demand planning redesign and execution
∎ Strategic Support to operations & production team for annual & mid-term planning.
∎ Material budgeting, souring maintain OTIF.
∎ Tracking operational project and reporting.
∎ Support people agendas of the function.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Hand-on work experience in corporate houses, preferably in FMCG/Food/Dairy/Beverage industry with minimum 5 years work experience as People Manager; Proven career track record in Local Conglomerate/Multinational - Manufacturing & Marketing Organization.
Salary: Negotiable
