Supply Chain, Trading or Export/Import
Job Responsibilities:
∎ If you have huge experience for commodity and construction materials products purchase then you will apply.
∎ This job is for only commodity and construction products purchase only.
∎ Achieve the Target by his team members.
∎ Perform a good leadership.
∎ To achieve the target he should capable to make a team by his own capability.
∎ Developing procurement strategies that are inventive and cost-effective.
∎ Sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors.
∎ Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms.
∎ Reviewing existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-going feasibility.
∎ Building and maintaining long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers.
∎ Approving purchase orders and organizing and confirming delivery of goods and services.
∎ Performing risk assessments on potential contracts and agreements.
∎ Controlling the procurement budget and promoting a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.
∎ Preparing purchase reports.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate must be Hard Worker, Dynamic and Committed for Procurement.
∎ He can able to perform target oriented plan to achieve by his team members.
∎ He will be more capable to make a team of procurement for his target achieve.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 100000 - 120000 (Monthly)
∎ According to the experience and performance salary will be increased. For extra procurement will get incentive.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Medical allowance, Performance bonus, Profit share
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Incentive
