Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in IPE (Industrial Production Engineering)/Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Mechanical Engineering/ B.Sc. in EEE
∎ Skills Required: Armature, lathe machine, Maintenance, Powder Coating, Power press, Quality control, Testing Commissioning & Table Fan Manufacturing Process
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure time to time training to production manpower to ensure their higher efficiency and target oriented production.
∎ Overall manufacturing responsibility and meeting marketing demand.
∎ Organizing all necessary tools and others accessories/raw materials to meet up the scheduled target and production target for market.
∎ Ensure smooth production with effective machine operations.
∎ Meet Business Plan on Quality, Cost and Delivery.
∎ Managing shop floor with managers, engineers and operators
∎ Focus on production indices management, & control towards improvement of capacity utilization.
∎ Manufacturing of premium quality product by controlling line quality, outgoing quality
∎ Manage paint shop, machine shop, pressure die casting shop, assembly and stator winding lines to enhance installed capacity.
∎ Review material handling system for trouble free material management.
∎ Minimize scrap and increased productivity.
∎ Ensuring all safety and health standards are met to keep an organization accident-free. Communicate regularly with upper management regarding problems or issues impacting production.
∎ Establish a balance between increased productivity and reduced costs of manufacturing operations.
∎ Evaluate machine resources to ensure continued production and minimal downtime.
∎ Any other task is assigned by Management from time to time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Industrial Safety, Factory compliance.
∎ Strong leadership quality and amiable personality
∎ Proactive, responsible and strong sense of decision making
∎ Sound knowledge on Computer Literacy (Advance level MS Excel is a must).
