Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Purchase/ Procurement, Supply Chain
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Garments Accessories, Group of Companies, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the central Procurement team to achieve the organization goal.
∎ Continuously developing a pool of good vendors for various group of items and building a long term sustainable relationship with them.
∎ Negotiating with the vendors and finalizing the terms and conditions for performance guarantee, supervise services, shipment, payments, etc.
∎ Examine and re-evaluate existing contracts
∎ Monitoring status of payment instruments & shipment on regular basis.
∎ To maintain liaison with the factory management in connection with requisition, supply of goods / materials in time
∎ Developing proper MIS for monitoring & control of all indents, Purchase orders, supplier performance, and circulating the same on regular basis.

∎ Clear understanding on procurement related activities
∎ Having sufficient knowledge on Inventory/ material management
∎ Having work knowledge on ERP
∎ Ability and willingness to move with purpose and a strong sense of urgency.
∎ Should have 12 years relevant experience in Garments/Textile industry..
∎ Should be proactive.
∎ Able to work under pressure and for long time.
∎ Computer literacy is a must.
∎ Honesty & Negotiation Ability are required.

Salary: Negotiable
