significant HR/IR leadership experience in container terminals, ports or large industrial operations.
Experience in terminal workforce planning, shift rosters, equipment operator recruitment, contractor labour management and Bangladesh labour laws preferred.
Responsibilities & Context
Lead day-to-day HR and IR functions, implementing the People strategy and policies. Oversee recruitment, employee relations, payroll, HR compliance, performance management and workforce development. Manage terminal workforce planning, shift-based manpower requirements, labour relations and employee integration to support uninterrupted operations.
