∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
∎ BBA/MBA in Supply Chain Management will get a preference
∎ Skills Required: Good communication skills in both Bangla English, Leadership and Good Communication skill., Problem solving and analytical skill

∎ 10 to 14 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Distribution/ Supply Chain Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sound knowledge about International Trade Policies.
∎ Ensure sourcing, negotiating and purchasing materials from the right, reputed & reliable vendors.
∎ Ensure all goods and services purchased comply with company procurement policy & procedure.
∎ Searching potential suppliers and closely work with sales dept. and ensure good quality product supply with the market's lowest price.
∎ Ensure Comparative Statement for all purchases, negotiating prices, Terms and conditions with the supplier and establishing PO.
∎ Coordinate with plant's stores, users and follow up on material flow on time.
∎ Build and develop relationships with key suppliers.
∎ Follow up and maintain all the steps and documents from procurement to payment.
∎ Analysis of the data, and prepare CS (Comparative Statement) accordingly to ensure product availability on time.
∎ Proper documentation to be maintained always just in time.
∎ Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing.
∎ Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage.
∎ Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
∎ Execute, Coordinate, Monitor and Manage L/C related works with L/C opening banks.
∎ L/C proper opening up to the standard of the organization, liaison with supplier, C & F.
∎ To ensure all commercial activities (L/C amended, correction of L/C terms and conditions according to Bangladesh Bank rules & regulations, shipment conditions, communication with parties) through overseas communication.
∎ Responsible for preparing documents as per L/C terms & conditions.
∎ Should have experience in the field of import/export through L/C & T/T freight forwarding.
∎ Any other duties assigned by Management
