Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provided guidance, support, and mentoring to a team of land freight professionals within the region in order for them to achieve operational excellence in their industry. Provide support to the local and overseas sales teams in the development of competitive pricing strategies for land freight services while maintaining profitability for the company.
∎ Coordinated, planned, and executed land transportation operations, ensuring timely pickup of shipments as well as their delivery to meet the needs of customers.
∎ In order to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and industry standards pertaining to land transportation domestically and internationally, monitored and managed the performance of carriers, vendors to ensure that high levels of service were maintained and that operational issues were resolved as soon as possible.
∎ Ensure seamless end-to-end logistics solutions by collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as customs clearance, warehouse operations, and customer service, in order to ensure seamless end-to-end logistics solutions. Reporting on the performance of the organization, key metrics, and achievements was provided to management on a regular basis.

∎ At least 15+ years of experience in Logistics & Supply chain management
∎ At least 10-12 years of experience within Land Project
