∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
∎ Degree on Electro-Mechanical will be advantage.

Job Context:
∎ Sunshine Bricks Ltd.(SBL) located in Habiganj district, a concern of Mirpur Ceramics & Khadim Ceramics Ltd.
∎ SBL has recently started its production and it has been manufacturing structural clay products specially engineering bricks but with an aim to produce blocks and special effect terracotta tiles in near future with the latest European automated technology to meet the demands of the architects, structural engineers and the requirement of construction industries.
∎ The required position will act as a Deputy In change of the Factory but act as the In charge of Engineering.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Planning, implementing and managing overall activities of Engineering & Production to achieve production targets with desired quality, in consultation with the Project Director and where necessary with the Vice Chairman and Chairman.
∎ Should have sound knowledge especially on clay extruders and Hydraulic Presses.
∎ Should have sound knowledge on Heavy Equipment such as Hydraulic / Pneumatic Machinery / PLC system machinery/ Boiler/Diesel Generator and others.
∎ Responsible to remain in touch with all suppliers through Commercial Department for foreign purchase and through Central Purchase Team for local procurement of machineries and spares as per specification after obtaining permission from the Management with the knowledge of the Project Director.
∎ Develop a well-trained "Maintenance & Repair Team" comprising of skilled personnel through proper training within the Engineering Department who will always remain ready to act on orders, at all times even on holidays to handle emergency situation effectively.
∎ You will be reporting and interacting with the Project Director for day to day operation. You will also update the Chairman and Vice Chairman as and when required.
∎ You will assist the Project Director to maintain liaison with the local administration, Govt. /Semi Govt. and private organizations in connection with smooth operation of the factory.
∎ You will do an analysis of manpower status and submit the proposal to the Project Director for scrutiny and further action.
∎ Any other job/project as and when assigned by the Project Director/Vice Chairman/Chairman.
