∎ Master of Commerce (MCom), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ Graduation/ Masters/ Post Graduation in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: Supply Chain, Trading
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Paper, Salt, Supply Chain, Trading or Export/Import
Job Context:
∎ The candidates must have experience in handling the supplier of the following items: Commodities Items: Rice, pulses, sugar, Milk Powder, Mustered Oil, Soyabin Oil, Dry Red Chili, Cumin, Cardamom, Black pepper, turmeric, & tea.
∎ Electronics Items: Air condition, TV, Ceiling fan and Rice cooker
∎ Others: Offset Paper, Iron, Cement, Pad Lock, MS box pipe and GP Sheet.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, execution and maintain purchase department as per guidance of Senior Management
∎ Maintain smooth supply, delivery system for the Group
∎ Up to date stock entry & stock out, product reference update & preparing purchase policy.
∎ Purchase credit arrangement and payment management
∎ To keep liaison with local and foreign suppliers
∎ To work on sourcing, vendor development, conduct negotiation meeting for purchases quality materials with competitive price
∎ To finalize Procurement Plan within estimated time frame
∎ Ensure the materials are bought at the most competitive price and delivered on time for production
∎ Establish strategic relationships with key suppliers who are aligned with the company's needs
∎ Manage and control all the company's external suppliers with particular emphasis on the purchase of materials for production
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate must have thorough knowledge and expertise on procurement of Rice, Flour, Pulse, Edible oil, Spices, and other commodity items. He should have sound commercial knowledge on importing of goods & export documentation.
∎ Excellent communications and negotiation skills with suppliers and internal customers
∎ Proficient in the use of MS Office applications (Words, Excel, Access, etc.) and other Software
∎ Hardworking and meticulous with a positive attitude
∎ Able to work well under stress in a fast-paced environment
∎ The tendency to market study frequently
∎ Ability to bargain for the maximum price discount
∎ Ability to physical verification of the quality of materials
∎ The candidate will given preference, who can join immediately.
