Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidates applying for the job shall have any one of the following qualifications:
∎ BSC in Electrical & Electronics Engineering
∎ BSC in Mechanical Engineering
∎ BSC in Computer Science & Engineering
∎ BSC in Information Technology
∎ Preference will be given to the candidates with MBA in Marketing, Sales Background (though not mandatory).

∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ The main objective of the role is to
∎ Understand Sustainable/Green Building Projects delivery model
∎ Understand User requirements, and SME requirements
∎ Perform the coordinator role between User & SME
∎ Support Design & Developments of Sustainability Software Platforms
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Performing the project visit, input gathering from site with respect to user requirements.
∎ Performing specific to the site conditions and to understand the client's expectations.
∎ Performing 'Feasibility Study/Goal Setting" for services/development with SME support.
∎ Assisting in Preparation of budget estimate for the Scope
∎ Assisting in Preparation of the Design concepts.
∎ Assisting in Preparation of Project schedule
∎ Preparing design recommendations support services
∎ Preparing list of deliverables, submittals required from project team
∎ Providing input to SME as required
∎ Visiting the Project Site to review on progress
∎ Regularly coordination with SME Team for customer requirements and satisfaction.
∎ Frequently travel as per client requirements and projects demand.
∎ Facilitating and collect necessary documents from Client/Project Site Team
∎ Preparing & Submitting documentation as per requirements
∎ Working plan and activities report to SME.
∎ Support to marketing team, finance team and SME team as required.
∎ Others official task assigned by supervisors.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 2-3 Years working experience in Project Design, Development, and Delivery.
∎ Preference will be given to the candidates with project design & delivery experiences in Engineering Services. However, interested Candidates who has similar experience in Business Development may also apply
∎ Project Delivery
∎ MEP Project Sales (Like Office, Factory, Residential, Commercial etc)
∎ Other Soft skills requirements include Presentation skills, Prospecting Skills, Networking Skills, Verbal & Written communication skills, Negotiation skills, Planning skills, and Team Management Skills.
∎ Project Scheduling Software like MS Project
∎ IT Tools like Python, Tableau, MS BI.
∎ Organizational Knowledge Development & Management
∎ Develop Training material specific to the services
∎ Maintain the professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional society activities
∎ Develop design standards/documents for services
∎ Building & manage organizational knowledge through transfer relevant knowledge from Customer, suppliers, Partners, and collaborators.
∎ Assemble and transfer relevant knowledge for use in Innovation and strategic planning process
∎ Travel Requirements
∎ Required to Travel within Bangladesh and Abroad for Business development & project site visit.
