Responsibilities & Context:
Develop creative and functional interior design concepts for residential, commercial, and office projects.
Prepare 2D layouts, space planning, working drawings, and detailed construction drawings using AutoCAD.
Create 3D models and realistic renderings using SketchUp, Enscape, and V-Ray.
Prepare furniture layouts, modular kitchen designs, wardrobes, office cabinets, and custom furniture designs.
Prepare BOQ, material specifications, quantity estimates, and cost calculations.
Select suitable materials, colors, finishes, lighting, and furniture according to project requirements and budgets.
Conduct site visits, take measurements, and monitor project progress to ensure design accuracy.
Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, vendors, and site teams.
Ensure design quality, proper execution, timely project completion, and client satisfaction.
Revise designs based on client feedback and maintain project drawings and documentation.
Assist in preparing design presentations, quotations, and project proposals.
Follow company standards, deadlines, and professional design practices.
